Are you ready to lead a life your daughter can model to be healthy, happy and confident in herself - while understanding this is a life-time path not a destination.
A life well lived requires that we prioritise ourselves, so that we can show up for others in ways that benefit them too.
Are you ready to release (or at least turn and face) stories you adopted as truth?
- A legacy of deprivation (good girl, people pleaser).
- A paradigm of lack (not enough time, money, love, intelligence, energy, support, luck, options).
- The belief that life is hard and meant to be a struggle.
- The illusion of control, perfection, ‘have to’ and the grip of fear.
You can learn to identify and stop yourself from passing on these old stories to your daughter. Once you learn to recognise the stories, your eyes will open to the simple and powerful ways we reinforce a women’s ‘place’ and how important it is to change our language and expectations.
Once our eyes are open, we can see through the veil of thousands of years of conditioning that do not serve us in our modern time.
There are brilliant tools available to take care of yourself, elevate your mood and gain clarity. Life can be easy and fun more often (there will always be dark moments).

Practices - ways to feel better
- Daily practices – maintenance if you please. Things to do each day to come back to your quiet loving heart. Your place of knowing. Self-care. Self-love. Self-compassion. Self-acceptance.
- Triage practices – when you are suffering - feeling bad – stressed, overwhelmed, sad, angry, lost, shame, guilt, powerless, insecure, or hopeless. Interventions to elevate your feelings to a place of calm or even flow!
These are the treasures in your treasure box. The tools to progress along your life's quest for happiness, success, wellness and connection.
As you learn, your life feels more in flow and easy. You teach your daughter. You both directly benefit. Everyone in your lives benefit when you feel better, make better choices and laugh more often.
I love to learn. Let's face it, there is SOOO much out there online, in bookstores, at workshops, retreats, wellness expos you name it.
Who has time to try to sort what's worthwhile, heart focused and what's just a money-making nonsense?
Well... I do. It's super interesting and I'm a pretty hard nut so if it works for me, it's likely to be good for you.
12 years working with police has made me a pretty good bullshit detector balanced with my desire to be of service always. I value your time.
